CA Healthy Kids Survey
The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is a statewide survey, administered every two years to students in grades 5, 7, 9, and 11, that gathers information on school climate, student wellness, and youth resiliency. It's a confidential and anonymous assessment used by schools and communities to understand local youth health risks, behaviors, school connectedness, and school safety.
